Default Moon Glow back spacer

I have an Emerson folder currently with G10 textured scales and a black back spacer.

I would like to replace the backspacer with moon glow material. I am not interested in drilling and filling.

Any suggestions? Where can I buy the material (glow G10 etc)? Has anyone had experience with molding epoxy?

Thanks all...this forum is coooool!

I was able to locate back spacer material. The sheets are polyester. They are .140" in thickness and some stacking will be required to construct a back spacer.

I was able to remove the back spacer on my Emerson without difficulty (4 small screws). I filled the lanyard hole with epoxy and glow powder and re-inserted the back spacer...looks pretty cool. I will try to get photos.

Thanks all!

I am glad you were able to figure it out. Glow and epoxy is definately the way to go. We look forward to your pictures.

Here is a photo of glow powder and epoxy laid into the lanyard hole of the Emerson.
