Default green glow effect on StarTrek USS Voyager plastic model

Hello all,

I'm currently building a model of the starship Voyager from startrek.
I'm attaching an image of the craft, witch have some green glow on the hull. I'm trying to achive this effect on my model.

I've ordered some water-based glowing colors, and some green powder as well.

Any suggestions?

Here's the picture of the space-craft (pay attention to the glowing green areas) -

this is my model - (coated in gray primer for now...) -

Thanks,
Yoreh.

Yoreh, no suggestions, but I have that very same model. One of these days(years) I may just have to finish it.
Along with the Fiber Optic DS9 model.

Too busy with knife handles!

Funny you mention it, as I finished mine couple of hours ago...
