Default Compulsory reading material for beginners ?

The answers to most (if not all) of your questions - stencils, techniques, paints etc - will be found here at this forum. Good to hear you'd like to look and learn.
Regardless of your level of interest in glow in the dark (GID) painting - home DIY, hobby, business, you've come to the best 'educ' forum, and guess what .. it's free !!
1) For starters, you need to visit the Westend's Toolbox thread ASAP. I regard it as compulsory reading. I suggest you read it in its entirety. You'll regret it later if you don't.
2) This blog site is hosted by Glow Inc, a company that sells top quality GID paints and materials for star murals and other glow accent projects.
So elpasotx, you've just taken your first paso in the right direction. Welcome to the forum !

Welcome El Paso, upful-maxx is right on the money. Read and then reread it again. Surf the forum most likely someone else is/has had the same issues you might/will have. Have fun with it. Jeff
