Working on a project for my nephew's bedroom. I am trying to make a death star stencil on my own (which is no easy task) and I want to have little stars around it on the wall. Couple of questions for anyone who has any advice
1. Stars - I want to make stars but when I look up any sort of stencils they have the typical star shape and this isn't what I'm looking for and doesn't look like actual stars that you would see in the sky. I thought I read on this site that the best way to do this is to use this special kind of brush that scatters. That seems like it could be really messy. Anyone have any other suggestions. 2. Star Wars - If anyone knows of a site that has really good stencils with a death star and tie fighters that would be awesome. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks~! |

First of all, I very much doubt there's any member here who'd find "typical star shaped stencils" useful for painting realistic GID stars. That's why it is important that you read, and reread Westend's Toolbox BEFORE buying any tools / aids to do your project (you'll regret it if you don't ..trust me on this).
Next, there are several sources for stencils online. This one is free and printable so why not start there and see where it'll lead you. Good luck ! |
